Our approach to wedding photography is very fresh and modern, moving away from the traditional and heading towards reportage. We work unobtrusively, documenting what I see as the day progresses.

Our wedding package is made up of the following elements:

* pre-wedding consultation
* visit to the ceremony and venue locations
* There is no limit to the number of pictures you receive. I go through all the images taken on the day, filtering out the weak images and individually re-touch all the remaining images that you will receive.
* A password protected gallery of your images for you to share with friends and family
* A data DVD containing your retouched images

Coverage can begin with the Bridal preparation through to the end of your evening reception. I only have one package, all that varies in the price structure is the length of time you will require me for.

Prints do not come as part of the basic package, but orders can be made once you have viewed your online gallery. (Check the prices page for more details)

Depending on how long you require me for, we will arrive in time to capture the Bride and Bridesmaids getting ready, and then move on to the ceremony location to capture your arrival. Alternatively, we will go straight to the location of the ceremony to capture the Groom and guest arrivals, followed by the Bride. All of this will be carried out unobtrusively to achieve natural relaxed shots.

The ceremony will be discretely photographed to capture the emotions and important moments of the church or civil ceremony. Coverage of the ceremony is at the discretion of the minister or Registrar, therefore it is important that you discuss what they will allow at your pre-wedding meeting with them. We will speak to the minister or Registrar at the beginning of the day, but it is always best you have as much information as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

After the ceremony, we will take you both to one side to get some shots of the newlyweds. We can then shoot any group shots that you may wish to have. It is always best to have a pre defined list of what groups you want, to save time on the day. This is best discussed at our pre-wedding consultation.

Having speeches and the cake cutting before eating is now very popular. So as not to interfere with the speeches we will use a telephoto lens, enabling me to stand well back and miss nobody out.

As well as capturing the first dance, we am also more than happy to continue until the end of the night.

The above is just an outline of a typical day. Each wedding is individual and we am happy to be as flexible as you need us to be, ensuring that you are happy with the photographs you receive.

As soon as all the images are ready (normally within two weeks) they will be displayed in a password protected online gallery. You are then free to let friends and family know the login details.
